Home-grown and local is at the heart of our menus at Manor Farm Kitchen.

The seasons shape our menus, and our incredible chefs change the menus weekly depending on what produce our farm and garden has provided.

Working alongside Ian Doyle, who has worked in some of the world’s most famous restaurants including Noma in Copenhagen, our menus focus on using as much locally grown or reared produce as possible. Beef, lamb, pork and game all being reared on Thirsk Hall Estates that Manor Farm Hotel and Kitchen is part of.

Across the menus you will see pickling, fermenting and preserving, along with foraging, to ensure the best from each season is reflected throughout the year.
